Simone Physical Medicine is dedicated to helping patients achieve their wellness objectives by offering a complete range of complementary health care. Our expertise spans the wellness spectrum via chiropractic medicine, acupuncture, dry needling, physical therapy, sports medicine and massage therapy. Dr. Simone is certified by the US Department of Transportation to perform CDL (commercial drivers license) medical examinations and performs DOT and Workplace UA drug testing

Our mission is to provide the most scientific, evidence-based conservative care possible, while constantly striving to improve patient satisfaction--and to become THE resource for conservative treatment related information and research in Northern Colorado. We are members of the Colorado Integrated Care Network, an interdisciplinary organization comprised of conservative care experts in the fields of allopathic/osteopathic (conventional) medicine, chiropractic medicine, physical therapy, massage therapy and acupuncture. Your health is your most valuable asset. Dr. Simone is committed to bringing you better physical health and to provide you with tools and strategies to increase your energy, vitality and quality of life! We do take walk-ins for CDL license examinations and may be able to accommodate other walk-in patients. It is a good idea to call first to make sure we are in the office.
Do I Need To Keep Coming Back?
Most of our patients respond favorably to treatment within 3 or 4 visits. We don't ask you to sign a treatment contract or commit to multiple visits. We reevaluate your treatment plan after 3 or 4 visits and modify your plan as needed. We may refer you to other providers if you are not responding as expected. If we think you will benefit by using certain vitamins, minerals or supplements we will never sell them to you but rather refer you to local department stores that carry the items at a much lower cost than you would spend in a healthcare provider's office.
Why Visit Us?
What makes us different? Dr. Simone will personally perform a complete examination to evaluate your issues. Our office only uses treatments that are supported by valid scientific evidence. What you do at home and/or work is often more important than what we can do in our office. Dr. Simone will give you the tools you need to stay healthy when out of the office. We accept virtually all insurance companies, except Kaiser and Medicare Advantage Programs. We do offer discounts for those with Kaiser and Medicare Advantage Programs. Due to Medicare's recently reduced reimbursement and long standing discrimination towards doctors of chiropractic by not paying for required examinations and treatment, other than spinal manipulation, we have to charge extra for these services.

Dr. Michael Simone, DC is the clinical director of Simone Physical Medicine. He is certified in chiropractic medicine, sports medicine and acupuncture. Clinical medical oversight is provided by an MD/DO from CICN. Charlene Jourdan, LMT rounds out our team with her expert knowledge of clinical massage therapy
